I'm Bhanu Pratap.
This is my story.

"I built this platform because I wish someone had built it for me."

I grew up watching hardworking, talented people get stuck — not because they lacked ability, but because nobody showed them how corporate India actually works. The communication. The politics. The invisible rules that determine who gets promoted and who doesn't.

I was one of those people. I worked hard. I learned. I failed. I figured things out — often the slow, painful way. And then I asked myself: what if I could give others a shortcut?

That's bhanupratap.co.in. Not a generic EdTech platform with stock photo "mentors" and inflated numbers. A personal project — from me, to you.

How I got here

The honest version — wins, losses, and everything in between.

The Beginning

I entered corporate India full of ambition — and zero preparation

Like most people, I entered the workplace believing hard work alone would get me ahead. Nobody told me about stakeholder management. Nobody taught me how to communicate up the chain, handle a difficult manager, or use AI tools to become indispensable. I learned it all by burning my hands.

The Realization

The smartest people around me weren't getting ahead. The best communicators were.

I noticed something uncomfortable: the people who got promoted weren't always the most technically skilled. They were the ones who knew how to present their work, build relationships, and show up with executive presence. Corporate skills are learnable. And nobody was teaching them properly in India.

The AI Shift

Then AI arrived — and I watched two groups emerge

When tools like ChatGPT became mainstream, two kinds of professionals emerged: those who embraced AI and became 3x more effective, and those who ignored it and started falling behind. I was obsessive about learning every tool, testing every workflow, and figuring out what actually works in real Indian corporate environments — not Silicon Valley theory.

The Mission

So I built this platform — with one non-negotiable rule: no fake anything

I started bhanupratap.co.in with a simple rule: everything on this site has to be real. Real programs based on what works. Real mentors with verifiable backgrounds. Real testimonials from real people. If I'm not 100% confident something is real, it doesn't go up. Growth matters — but trust matters more.
