These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and paying subscribers of the Platform.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18 and in India, you should have consent from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts & Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your password secure and not share it with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Our Services

bhanupratap.co.in provides online learning programs, downloadable resources, articles, and 1:1 mentorship sessions for professionals in India. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

The Starter (free) plan is provided as-is. Paid plans are governed by the specific plan features described at the time of purchase.

5. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a payment, you authorise Razorpay to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount.

• Subscriptions: Auto-renew monthly or annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellations: You may cancel anytime. You retain access until the end of your current billing period. No pro-rata refunds on cancellation.
• Elite 90-day guarantee: If you complete all program requirements and do not achieve a measurable career outcome within 90 days, we will refund your last month's payment. To claim, email creator@bhanupratap.co.in with evidence of program completion.
• Other refunds: Considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues or duplicate charges.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this Platform — including articles, program materials, videos, templates, designs, logos, and text — is owned by bhanupratap.co.in or its licensors and protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may:

• Access and use content for your personal, non-commercial learning
• Download resources explicitly marked as free downloads

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content
• Screen-record or share paid program content without explicit written permission
• Remove any copyright or attribution notices

7. User Conduct

When using our Platform and community spaces, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful content
• Harass, threaten, or demean other users or mentors
• Share others' personal information without their consent
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts

• Specific career outcomes (individual results vary based on effort, background, and market conditions)
• Uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform

Testimonials and outcome statistics represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, bhanupratap.co.in and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Platform — including lost profits, data loss, or career outcomes.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to our community. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Paid plan refunds on termination are at our discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
